The Quantum Score Widget
A Smarter Way to Analyze Stocks

Published: August 11, 2025

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

The Quantum Score widget is a powerful stock selection tool grounded in his proprietary quantitative research. The system sifts through approximately 6,000 U.S. stocks, filtering for liquidity, quality, and strength through a robust set of technical and fundamental criteria.

This stock-picking engine narrows the universe by eliminating roughly 95% of stocks and isolates the top performers. The result is distilled into a single, easy-to-understand metric: the Quantum Score.

What is the Quantum Score?

The Quantum Score combines both fundamental (sales and earnings growth, profitability, debt levels) and technical (volume, volatility, new highs, institutional buying) metrics into a single score for each stock. With the widget, you can look up any U.S. stock by ticker and instantly see its:

  • Fundamental Score
  • Technical Score
  • Overall Quantum Score

You’ll also find the stock’s industry, latest closing price, and Historical Quantum Scores.

Scoring System: Simple and Intuitive

The system uses a standard 0–100 scale, similar to academic grading:

  • 100 = Exceptional – the very best stocks to buy
  • 90s = Excellent (A-grade)
  • 80s = Good (B-grade)
  • 70s = Above average, but no longer considered “ideal.”
  • Below 70 = Caution advised

Scores of 100 appear in bright green, clearly marking the top-ranked stocks for both technical and fundamental performance. The buy zone is 90–100.

You will also see a 3-month comparison reference for the current Quantum Score, Technical Score, and Fundamental Score.

  • A green “3m” indicates the score is higher than it was three months ago.
  • A red “3m” indicates the score is lower than it was three months ago.
  • A grey “3m” indicates the score is unchanged from three months ago.

Historical Scores

The Historical Scores graph lets you track a stock’s price and its technical, fundamental, and Quantum Scores over time — with adjustable views for:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 1 year

This visual history helps identify trends and patterns in both score movement and price action.
