Logging into TradeSmith Finance

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

1. Go to TradeSmith Finance.
2. Click the “Forgot your password or need to activate your account?” link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your TradeSmith account.
4. Click Send.

You will receive an email from TradeSmith with the subject line: “Reset Password.”

1. Open the email and click the Manage Password link.
2. Enter and confirm your new password.
3. Return to TradeSmith Finance and log in using your email address and new password.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you do not see the password reset email:

• Check your Junk or Spam folder.
• Search all folders for “Manage Password”.
• Add TradeSmith to your safe sender list (whitelist), then request the reset again.

You can also log in using the Magic Link Login feature, a passwordless login method that sends you a special one-time link that logs you in automatically, so you don't have to remember your credentials.
