This is a very common question about newsletters!

You may notice that some open recommendations are already in the Red Zone.  How can this be when the position was just recommended?

Well, our system looks at an asset’s historic performance in the market overall.  The analysis doesn’t start just from the date of recommendation.  Also, our analysis may be different from your newsletter.  Your newsletter may use fundamentals, be forward-looking, or any number of things.  Our system uses technical analysis based on historic data.

In the case of Red Zone recommendations, you may wish to use a different stop-loss strategy.
