Exploring Options Strategies in the Opportunities Tab

The Opportunities tab is your gateway to a variety of options strategies powered by TradeSmith. Whether you’re seeking consistent income, looking to hedge your investments, or exploring new trading approaches, TradeSmith offers strategies to support your goals.

To access these strategies, navigate to the Opportunities tab within the Options page. From there, you can explore tailored trade ideas designed to match your preferred risk profile and market outlook.

Customizing and Sorting Your Options Trade Results

To tailor your trade search, start by selecting one or more strategies from the Strategies drop-down menu. This allows you to focus on the approaches that best align with your trading goals.

Next, use the Filters button to refine your results even further. You can filter by newsletter recommendations, TradeSmith baskets, individual securities, underlying close price, and days to expiration—giving you precise control over the trades you want to evaluate.

Once your filters are applied, you can also sort your results to highlight the most relevant opportunities.

For example, sorting by maximum profit in descending order lets you quickly identify the most potentially lucrative trades.

Together, these tools make it easy to streamline your search and focus on high-quality option setups that match your strategy.
