What to Do If Your Broker Is Not Listed
What to do if your broker doesn't appear in the TradeSmith sync list, including how to check availability and alternative ways to add your portfolio.

Published: May 21, 2026.

If you don't see your broker listed when setting up synchronization, don't worry — you still have options. This article explains how to check whether your broker is supported and what to do if it isn't.

Step 1: Check the Supported Broker Lists

TradeSmith supports a wide range of brokers across multiple regions. Before assuming your broker isn't supported, check the relevant list for your region:

Note that these lists show the most popular supported brokers, but our data provider works with additional brokers that may not appear. If your broker isn't listed, we recommend contacting support to check availability before assuming it isn't supported.

Step 2: Contact Support to Check Availability

If your broker doesn't appear in the lists above, reach out to our support team at [email protected] to check whether it can be added. Please include the name of your broker and your region when you write in.

Step 3: Use an Alternative Method to Add Your Portfolio

If your broker is not supported for synchronization, you can still track your portfolio in TradeSmith using one of the following options:

Option A: Add Your Portfolio Manually

You can create a manual portfolio and enter your positions one by one. This gives you full control over your holdings data. See Manually Adding a Portfolio for step-by-step instructions.

Option B: Upload a CSV File

If your broker allows you to export your holdings as a CSV file, you can upload that file directly into TradeSmith. This is a quick way to get all your positions imported at once. See How to Upload a CSV File for instructions.
