Daily Gain (individual positions): The dollar amount gained/lost from the latest close price and the previous close price times the number of shares.

Daily Gain Percentage (individual positions): Gain/loss from the latest close price and the previous close divided by the latest close price.

Daily Gain Total (portfolio): is the sum of the individual position’s daily gains. To obtain the daily gain, we first calculate the daily gain/loss for each position.

Daily Gain Total Percentage (portfolio): Daily Gain divided by the TradeSmith Value (excluding cash).
