Net Margin
Net margin, also known as net profit margin or net income margin, is a financial metric that shows the percentage of a company's revenue that remains as profit after all expenses, taxes, and other costs have been deducted. It is a key indicator of a company's profitability and efficiency, demonstrating how much of each dollar of revenue results in net income. A higher net margin means a company is retaining more profit from its sales, while a lower net margin indicates higher expenses relative to revenue.
